Thursday may 27 the danksquad crew consisting of Scenic Byway, DJ Planet, DJ Roots Rawka, Toniman, Feel Good patrol and the danksquad founding fathers packed up in several different rides, whips, RV's etc and progressively left throughout the day. Destination Moab Utah or 10 miles outside of it anyways in BFE territory, down a windy sketchy dirt road and into one of the most beautiful and natural scenic venues ever created.... The backdrop consisted of towering snow capped Mtn. peaks and dusty red rocked cliffs covered with sage brush and Juniper trees.. Now add in 1,000 + hippies and 1,500+ plus other random music and party lovers + 45 epic bands from several different genres of music+ several dozen volunteers, staff, security two stages, food vendors, accessory, and apparel vendors, kids, random dogs, 50+ mph dust filled wind gusts, two stages, tons of generated power and you have your self a 4 day music festival with everything from Hip-Hop, Reggae, Rock, Blue Grass, Folk< Jam Band, Alternative Jazz, Funk, Soul, Electronic, Dubstep, spoken word and psychedelic rock... Not to mention the Sweet marry Jane and all the wonderful beer (and mind altering drugs) that were in full effect throughout the festival, crowd and all the camps!! Needless to say it was a hell of a time!
